Keri Lamont 2016 Go Red for Women Event Chair
Keri Lamont, MBA, BSBM, is a savvy business leader known for her high-energy and zesty approach to life. She has been accused of being a master problem solver. During her 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, she has assisted dozens of businesses to overcome growth barriers, serve more patients, and optimize business financial performance. Her roots in home health and hospice began a decade ago in healthcare technology and data analytics. She has held management positions in business development, sales/marketing, and education. Although she is a self-admitted nursing school reject, Keri’s passions for health, patient advocacy and quality of care naturally led her to the provider arena, where she is now an Area Director in business development BAYADA Home Health Care’s Southern Arizona region. She has also served on multiple home health state association Boards of Directors and committees and is currently the Chair for the American Heart Association’s Fall 2016 Tucson Go Red for Women Luncheon and a member of the Circle of Red. She is a seasoned speaker at industry conferences, user group meetings, and private functions. She and her husband, James, now reside in Tucson, Arizona where they are raising three children.
